Differentiation of transportation micro, small, & medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Thailand

This research aimed to study the differentiation that affects competitiveness of transportation Micro, Small, & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Thailand. The sample population explored this consisted 287 entrepreneurs from MSMEs collected data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, along with additional feedback and opinion analysis. results showed products, services, personnel, distribution channels, brand image affect at a statistically significant level 0.05. areas found greatest influence services respectively. Therefore, executives involved should focus on good service. Most businesses Thailand are small have number personnel. enables thorough supervision personnel business owners ensure they provide service customers. Whereupon product appearance by designing products or packaging be outstanding, unique, attractive, diverse. For example, processed fruit may design their look like real fruit, there could environmentally friendly designs which popular among consumers today.
